Shipment Tracking
To ensure you always know when to expect your delivery, you will receive an automatic email after your items are shipped. This email will contain your personal tracking number, which you can use to track the status of your delivery on the website of our logistics partners (DHL/GLS/Hermes).
If you can no longer find the email with your tracking number or have accidentally deleted it, our customer service team will be happy to assist you. Please have your order number ready when contacting us.
What are the shipping costs?
All purchases made on the official website of Gipfel Deutschland GmbH can only be delivered within Germany. We offer free shipping on all orders.
When will my items arrive?
We typically need 1 day to process your order, and the estimated delivery time is within 5 days of placing the order. We will do our best to deliver your order as quickly as possible. If there are any delays, we will notify you promptly via email.
Returns and Exchanges
Cooling-Off Period / Returns
It may happen that you wish to return an order—for instance, because you don’t like the product or for any other reason. Whatever the case, you have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of receipt without giving any reason.
After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the product. You will be refunded the full purchase amount, including shipping costs. We will cover the costs of the return shipment from your home to us.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to Gipfel Deutschland GmbH in its original condition, with all accessories, and in the original packaging. Refunds will be processed within 7 days, provided the goods are returned in perfect condition.
If the product is damaged or the packaging is more worn than necessary to test the product, we may charge you for any depreciation. Please handle the product with care and ensure it is well-packaged for return shipping.
Product Exchange
Would you like to exchange your product? No problem! Please contact us at messe@gipfel-d.de. However, you will need to bear the cost of returning the product.

Accidentally entered the wrong delivery address? Please contact us as soon as possible. We will attempt to correct the order for you.

Rules for Returns
You can contact us via email at messe@gipfel-d.de., and we will provide you with a return label.
- The purchased product must be in its original condition and complete. We will verify this before processing the refund.
- If the product is not returned in its original state, a fee may be charged.
- After receiving the returned item, we will conduct a thorough inspection. If the item meets the requirements, the full amount will be refunded within a few business days.

Warranty Period
Gipfel Deutschland GmbH warranty policies and customer service are only valid for new products purchased through the official Gipfel Deutschland GmbH Germany website. If you purchase from authorized dealers or distributors, please contact them directly for customer service.
- New Products: We provide a limited 2-year warranty for new products and accessories purchased from Gipfel Deutschland GmbH
- Replacement Devices: The warranty starts from the original purchase date and is extended by the number of days the product is out of the buyer’s possession for warranty repairs.
